NHPC Limited, a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Power, Government of India, ने अपनी विभिन्न परियोजनाओं, पावर स्टेशन और क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयों में Apprenticeship Training Program 2025 के लिए आधिकारिक Notification जारी किया है। यह भर्ती अभियान Graduate Apprentice, Diploma Apprentice, और ITI Apprentice पदों के लिए आयोजित किया जा रहा है, जिसमें कुल 361 Apprenticeship Vacancies उपलब्ध हैं।
NHPC Apprenticeship 2025 के अंतर्गत चयन प्रक्रिया बिना किसी परीक्षा या Interview के केवल Merit List के आधार पर की जाएगी, जो कि उम्मीदवार के 10वीं, 12वीं/डिप्लोमा और अंतिम योग्यता (Graduation/ITI) में प्राप्त अंकों पर आधारित होगी। चयनित उम्मीदवारों को 1 वर्ष की अवधि के लिए Training दी जाएगी, जो आवश्यकतानुसार Apprentice Act 1961 के तहत 2 वर्ष तक बढ़ाई जा सकती है।
इच्छुक एवं पात्र उम्मीदवारों को सबसे पहले NATS (for Diploma/Graduate) या NAPS (for ITI) पोर्टल पर रजिस्ट्रेशन करना होगा, और फिर NHPC की Official Website के माध्यम से Online Form भरना होगा। आवेदन करने की प्रक्रिया 11 जुलाई 2025 से शुरू हो चुकी है, और अंतिम तिथि 11 अगस्त 2025 निर्धारित की गई है।
